In cases where sufficient proof of infringement is provided, we may remove or suspend the reported materials prior to receiving the user’s response. In cases where the allegedly infringing user provides us with a proper counter-notification indicating that it is permitted to post the allegedly infringing material, we may notify you and then replace the removed or disabled material. In all such cases, we will act in accordance with 17 U.S.C Section 512 and other applicable laws.

SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

These Wolves LLC may offer SMS/text messaging services for account verification and authentication purposes. By opting in to receive SMS messages from These Wolves, you agree to the following terms:

Program Description. These Wolves uses SMS messaging solely to send one-time verification codes (OTP) for account authentication. Messages are sent only when you initiate a login request via our SMS login page.

Message Frequency. You will receive 1 SMS message per login attempt. No recurring or marketing messages will be sent.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from These Wolves. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may still log in using email-based authentication.

Consent. By checking the consent checkbox on our SMS login page and submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from These Wolves LLC for authentication purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our platform. You may use email-based login as an alternative.

Privacy. Your phone number and SMS consent data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Section 2.3.2). We will not share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers. These Wolves SMS services are available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
